Returns & Refunds Policy

Software

All standalone software product sales are final. There are no refunds.


Subscription Services

Subscription services that are not part of a contract are billed month-to-month and may be canceled at any time; however, they are non-refundable. SMBMSP LLC (doing business as Lyme PC Repair) grants the customer continued access to the software or services for the remainder of that billing month.


Hardware

All new hardware sales may be canceled by 8:00 AM the next business day following the point of sale. After this time, all new hardware sales are final, as these items are not regularly stocked and are custom-ordered for the customer.

Refurbished and used items are sold as-is; all sales are final, with no refunds.

Parts used for repair or replacement are custom-ordered specifically for the customer’s device; all such sales are final, and there are no refunds.


Labor

Labor for work already completed is non-refundable.

Labor deposits for one-off projects that have not yet started are fully refundable up until 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date. If the project is approved for immediate start and payment is made in full, it is non-refundable.

Payments made to hold a retainer of pre-paid labor hours for future use are refundable within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the labor time is added to the customer’s account and is non-refundable.

Payments made for custom projects—including but not limited to website design, software programming, and graphic design—are non-refundable.


Warranties

SMBMSP LLC (doing business as Lyme PC Repair) does not provide in-house warranties for any hardware, software, or labor/services performed. Warranty coverage for hardware and software is determined solely by the original manufacturers and/or developers. No warranties are expressed or implied on labor or service work completed.

We recommend that customers review applicable warranty terms for products and services prior to purchase. We are happy to assist customers in locating or obtaining warranty information upon request before a transaction is finalized.
