SMBMSP to Lyme PC Repair
If you’ve worked with us before, you might know us as SMBMSP LLC—but as of 2025, we’re shifting our focus and operating under a new name: Lyme PC Repair.
The reason’s simple: over the years, we’ve expanded from just business IT support into full-service tech help for residential users along the Connecticut shoreline. The old name didn’t reflect that (nor was it an easy name to remember, say, or understand the meaning of 😂). Lyme PC Repair gives us a clearer identity for the people we serve—and yes, the lime theme is 100% intentional. Keeping your devices “fresh” and full of “zest” seemed to be a pretty great tagline, especially when compared to SMALL TO MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESS MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER.
What’s changing? Mostly the name. Behind the scenes, it’s still the same people, tools, and quality support you’ve come to expect. What’s new is a growing range of services tailored to home users, and a redesigned website that makes it easier to get help fast.
